The German courses offered by the Language Resource Center are study-related courses, that students, exchange students and employees of the TU Darmstadt can attend.
The courses usually consist of two lessons per week and take place during the lecture period.
We offer courses from UNIcert® I to UNIcert® III, which are based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) B1, B2 and C1. Our paternoster courses are especially for German learners with no or little prior knowledge.
UNIcert® certificates can also be obtained through UNIcert® courses.
At level C1 you will also find a selection of technical language courses.
In addition to the courses during lecture period, intensive courses are also offered during the lecture-free period.
Our GFL-offer includes compact courses that cover all language skills, but also individual skill modules to specifically train and improve different certain skills.
Our course offers are completed by special events, such as language learning advice, tandem learning and academic writing.
