Yoga with Cornelia

During this hour of yoga, we want to provide a balance to an eventful yet sedentary working day. With gentle and mindful asanas, as well as breathing and relaxation exercises, we want to release tensions on a physical and mental level and calm down.

What you will need: a place where you can be undisturbed for an hour, a non-slip surface and comfortable clothes.
